We have been in business for almost 7 years. We recently went through all the emails we had recieved and compliled a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs). As always, if you have any additional questions that are not addressed here, please don't hesitate to contact us.

How do I place an order with Beaded Royalty?
Online: You may place your order through our website's secure shopping cart. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.
By Phone: We accept orders by the phone at (888) 876-0784.
By Mail: We accept US Postal Money Orders for payment by mail.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Paypal supported countries including Australia, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Canada, etc. Please contact us if you have any questions.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders normally ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery time in the USA is 2-4 days via Priority Mail. We also offer Express Shipping which takes 1-2 business days. International shipping is via Priroty Mail International and takes 6-10 business days.

What if I need my order quickly?
If you have waited until the last minute to purchase a special gift, you are in good company. It happens all the time and if we are aware of the time crunch, we will do everything we can to get it to you in time. Please contact us directly.

Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within the first 30 days and we will either fix it or refund your money. If the mistake was ours, we will even reimburse the cost of shipping it back to us.

How do I determine what size I need?
Please refer to our Perfect Fit sizing chart. Purchasing online can be a guessing game - especially if you are purchasing a gift. That is why we offer 1 free resizing with every bracelet and anklet. Simply contact us within 15 days of receiving your order and we will resize it free of charge. You only need to enclose a check for $5 to cover shipping back to you.

Do you make gold jewelry?
We have gold-filled beads that can be substituted in all our designs for no additional charge. The available beads are saucer beads (between the letters) and plain round shiny beads. Simply make a note in the special instructions. If you would like a completely gold bracelet, it would be a special order and may cost additional depending on the components. Simply contact us and we will be happy to help.

Can your bracelets be made into a necklace?
Yes. Any single strand bracelet can be made into a fully beaded necklace or chain extended necklace for $129. Please contact us to order.

Can I have more than one name on a strand?
Yes. All of our bracelets allow up to 2 names on a strand.

Can I get a charm that is not pictured in the sterling silver charms section?
Yes. Our supplier has a limitless selection of charms that can be ordered. It would be a $15 minimum and would add approximately 1 week to your order processing time. Please contact us and we will be happy to send you several options to choose from before we order.

Can I add strands or birthstones to my jewelry?
Yes. You may add to your jewelry at any time.

Do you do custom designs?
Yes. We will design, combine, create, customize until you are satisfied!

Do you do engraving?
We do not do engraving, but we can hand-stamp a charm upon request.

Do you do repairs on jewelry?
Yes. we repair jewelry we made and even jewelry we did not make.

How much is shipping?
Domestic shipping is FREE via Priority Mail on orders over $99. If your order is under $99, it is $5 for Priority Mail. Express Mail shipping is $20 and International shipping is $16.

How will my order be packaged?
Each item is packaged in a velveteen pouch. We offer additional gift-giving options.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
For orders over $1000 we offer a 20% discount. Please contact us for a discount code.

Do you offer drop-shipping?
No.

Do you donate a portion of the proceeds for awareness bracelets to a cause?
In some cases, yes. If we donate, it will be listed on the product page. We are in the process of setting up donation for all our awareness products, so if you have any questions, please don't heistate to ask.
