We want our customers to be 100% satisfied. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason*, please contact us within the first 30 days and we will either fix it or refund your money. If the mistake was ours, we will even reimburse the cost of shipping it back to us.
We make all bracelets as close as possible to the size you ordered. Depending on the configuration of your bracelet, the actual length may vary from the size you ordered by up to 1/8”. If we make an error and create your bracelet outside this 1/8" parameter, we will resize your bracelet for no charge. For toggle bracelets, we measure from the end of the bar to the center of the ring as this reflects the size it will be on your wrist. For lobster-clasp bracelets, we measure from end to end.
Each item is made-to-order. Items pictured generally represent what your product will look like. However, each item will vary slightly depending on size and names chosen. Also, Bali beads are handmade and each one is totally unique. It is common for minor variations in bead design to occur. If your item is a custom design, we can email you a picture before mailing to make sure what we made matches what you pictured.
We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on our items including the failure of clasp or wire. If your item breaks because of a faulty component, we will repair it at no charge to you. However, if your item needs to be repaired because of excessive force or normal wear and tear there will be a restringing fee.
