Shipping & ReturnsWe now offer FREE UPS Ground or Priority Mail shipping on orders over $99 in the continental USA! ShippingTransit times below are in addition to the 1-3 business day processing time. Each item we sell is custom - it is not made until it is ordered. Please don't expect your order to go out immediately upon being placed. If you need your order by a certain date, contact us - we are more than happy to accommodate when we are aware of the situation. The business day ends at 5 pm, so orders received after 5 pm EST will be considered received the NEXT business day. If you are in a hurry to receive your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. If it is possible to get your items out to you faster, we will.
For orders over $99 being shipped within the continental USA, we offer FREE UPS Ground shipping. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, so if you specify a PO Box or are shipping to AK, HI, or APO we will use USPS Priority Mail instead. For orders under $25 being shipped within the USA, we offer USPS First Class. It is $3, but does not include insurance or tracking. If insurance and/or tracking are important to you, please choose the UPS Ground option instead. Concerned about how long it will take for your package to arrive? ReturnsWe strive to provide the finest quality possible, and we want 100% satisfied customers. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within the first 30 days and we will either fix it or refund your money. If the mistake was ours, we will even reimburse the cost of shipping back to us.If your item breaks or needs to be repaired after 30 days, there is a restringing fee. See our Resizing & Repair section for prices. Items returned to us must be in their original condition and packaging. You must include a copy of the invoice with the return. We recommend that you insure your package. We are not responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged, and will not credit you for these items. Items returned to us in a standard unpadded envelope are almost certain to be damaged by the postal service. Please allow up to two weeks for repaired/restrung items to be returned. |
