Transit times below are in addition to the 1-3 business day processing time.  Each item we sell is custom - it is not made until it is ordered.  Please don't expect your order to go out immediately upon being placed.  If you need your order by a certain date, contact us - we are more than happy to try to accommodate when we are aware of the situation.

The business day ends at 5 pm, so orders received after 5 pm CST will be considered received the NEXT business day.  If you are in a hurry to receive your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.  If it is possible to get your items out to you faster, we will.

Returns

We strive to provide the finest quality possible, and we want 100% satisfied customers. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within the first 30 days and we will either fix it or refund your money.   If the mistake was ours, we will even reimburse the cost of shipping  back to us.

If your item breaks or needs to be repaired after 30 days, there is a restringing fee. See our Resizing & Repair section for prices.

Items returned to us must be in their original condition and packaging. You must include a copy of the invoice with the return.  Please send your returns in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice to:

For your protection, please send your return items in a rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope.  We recommend that you insure your package. We are not responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged, and will not credit you for these items. Items returned to us in a standard unpadded envelope are almost certain to be damaged by the postal service.  Please allow up to two weeks for repaired/restrung items to be returned.
